Return and Cancellation Policy for Digital Products
Pathwaypro offers digital products that include both marketing consultations and downloadable files delivered via email. Because these products are provided digitally, once your payment has been processed and you have received the file or scheduled/began a consultation, we cannot offer returns or refunds. All sales of digital products are final.
What happens after payment
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.
For Counseling: The email will include information on how to sign up for or join a counseling session.
For digital files: The email will include a link or instructions to access the purchased file(s).
Consultation Cancellation
You may cancel your consultation at any time, but no later than 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the consultation, or once it has started, are not eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues, Billing Errors, or Disputes
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital file, believe you have been charged in error, or have any disputes or concerns regarding your purchase, please email us at support@pathwaypro.info. We strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before completing the checkout process. Once your payment has been processed and the file or consultation details have been delivered, no cancellations will be accepted (unless you meet the above criteria for consultation cancellation).
